FAQ's

How do I know what class to book?

We are always on hand to chat about the different types of classes and advise you. I would always recommend a Beginners Matwork if you are completley new to get to grips with the basics and then you will be surprised how quickly you move up to stronger classes. If you would like to try the Reformer; and have a rough element of fitness you will be absolutely fine in classes - they are designed to be tough so if you find them hard - thats a good thing!

What amenities are at the studio?

We have a lovely reception area; so feel free to come early and have a tea or coffee. We also have an outdoor seating area. We have changing rooms, toilets and then our lovely Reformer and Matwork studios! Feel free to stay after class too - we love the studio being buzzy and busy!

Do you do 1:1's

Yes absolutely - in both matwork and Reformer. If you have had an injury or need some more 1:1 attention I would always recommend this. These are by request so please drop us an email to arrange a time

Can I come by myself?

Yes please! We love when people come along; as usually you will leave knowing three or four new people. Everybody is so welcoming!

I want a regular class - how do I do this?

We always recommend regular classes for results; however we understand peoples lives are busy. You can book ahead or we can reserve slots weekly; we just ask you let us know when you can't make it so we can give the space to somebody else as a one-off!
